These Terms govern your use of Migo AI Students, including study agents, practice modes, sharing features, wallets, and AI generation tools.

1. Who these terms cover
These Terms apply when you create an account, browse public student agents, use study modes, share agents, buy credits, or otherwise access Migo AI Students.
If you use Migo on behalf of a school, faculty or cohort, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for that organisation where relevant.
2. Educational use only
Migo AI Students provides AI study tools for learning, revision, rehearsal and exam preparation in healthcare education.
The product is not a clinical decision-support system. Outputs must not be used to diagnose, treat, prescribe for, or manage real patients.

- •Do not upload identifiable patient records or confidential clinical data
- •Cross-check important academic facts with your course materials and instructors
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account details and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Share access only through the product’s intended sharing features for classmates, tutors or institutions. Do not sell, rent or transfer your account.
4. Study agents, modes and content
You may discover, create, configure, share and use study agents. Modes such as Chat Tutor, Viva Simulator, Quiz Mode, Case Practice, Flashcards, Notes Summarizer, Exam Simulator and Study Document are available as free practice tools.
You keep ownership of materials you upload. By uploading, you grant Migo a limited licence to process those materials to run your study sessions and related product features.
Shared or published agents may be visible to people you invite or to the wider Students marketplace, depending on the permissions you choose.
5. Credits, generation and billing
Practice modes are free. Wallet credits are spent only on AI-intensive generation, such as diagrams, annotated visuals, study videos, revision clips, flashcard images, slide visuals and agent cover images.
Credit packs, Student Pro grants and generation prices are shown in Pricing and Wallet before purchase or generation starts. Payments are processed by our payment providers.
Unless required by law or stated at checkout, unused credits are non-refundable once purchased. We may adjust generation prices; material changes will appear on the Pricing page.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Migo AI Students, interfere with the service, or use it for unlawful, harmful or deceptive purposes.
- •No unlawful, abusive, harassing or infringing content
- •No attempts to bypass safety, rate limits, billing or access controls
- •No reverse engineering, scraping or unauthorized automation
- •No use of outputs as clinical, legal or regulatory advice
7. Service changes and availability
We may improve, suspend or discontinue features as the product evolves. We aim for reliable access, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may update these Terms. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
