This Privacy Policy explains what information Migo AI Students collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you.

1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, information created while you use the product, and limited technical data needed for security and reliability.

- •Study profile details such as discipline, level, goals and preferences
- •Agent configurations, uploaded sources, chat/session activity and sharing settings
- •Wallet, credit and transaction records
- •Device, log and security signals used to keep the service safe
2. How we use information
We use personal data to operate Migo AI Students and improve the learning experience.
- •Authenticate users and protect accounts
- •Run study agents, modes and generation features
- •Process payments and maintain credit balances
- •Send essential product emails such as verification and password reset
- •Detect abuse, debug issues and improve reliability
3. AI processing
Messages, prompts, sources and generation requests may be sent to model or media providers so we can return educational responses, diagrams, covers or videos for your session.
Do not upload patient identifiers, confidential clinical records, or other sensitive personal data that is not needed for your own study work.
4. Sharing
We do not sell student personal data. We share information only with service providers needed to operate the product, such as hosting, authentication, email, analytics where enabled, and payment processors, or when required by law.
If you share an agent or invite classmates, the content and permissions you choose may be visible to those recipients.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain account, session and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet security and finance requirements, and resolve disputes.
You can request account deletion by emailing [email protected]. We may retain limited records where legally required.
6. Your choices
You can update profile and privacy preferences in Settings, manage marketing preferences where available, and ask us for access, correction or deletion support.
If your institution manages access for you, some choices may also be controlled by that organisation’s administrator.
